<br /> Hello. To start, I am fully supportive of the City's initiative to improve our neighborhood sidewalks. We love
<br /> Lakewood and welcome any improvements to the shared walkways of our community. As a homeowner on a
<br /> corner lot, the repair estimate we received was substantial. Our corner is active with walkers,joggers, strollers,
<br /> bicycles, wagons, etc. Since the corner lots are disproportionately exposed to greater length and greater cost,
<br /> I'm asking Council to consider a cap on out of pocket cost for this initiative. Please keep the homeowner
<br />
