S. RESOLUTION 2021-47 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing to the Tree Advisory & Education Board for the three- year term beginning January 1, 2022 and ending December 31, 2024. (Referred to COW 917121) (pg. 5) Motion by Councilmember Rader, seconded by President O'Malley to insert the name David Sangree into the blank of Resolution 2021-47. Discussion: Councilmember Rader spoke to Mr. Sangree's previous involvement with the Tree Task Force and stated he would be a good candidate for the Tree Advisory& Education Board. On the motion: A roll call vote was taken as follows: Yeas - Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner Nays —None Motion passed. The name David Sangree was inserted into the blank of Resolution 2021-47. Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Resolution 2021- 47 as substituted. A roll call vote was taken as follows: Yeas - Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Neff, O'Malley, Rader, Shachner Nays —None Motion passed. Resolution 2021-47 was adopted as substituted. 6. Committee report regarding Housing, Planning & Development meeting held October 25, 2021. (pg. 6) Motion by Councilmember Shachner, seconded by President O'Malley to receive and file the report. All members in favor. Motion passed. The report was received and filed. 7. ORDINANCE 34-2021 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect January 1, 2022 to amend Section 903.09 Sidewalk Permit to update fees charged for issuing of a sidewalk permit and inspection. (Is'read and referred to HPD 1014121; 2"d reading 10118121) (pg. 7) Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to adopt Ordinance 34- 2021. All members in favor. Motion passed.
