RESOLUTION 2021-53 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br /> to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and <br /> directing the Mayor to submit the Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22) One-Year Action Plan of the <br /> FY20—FY24 Five Year Consolidated Plan (Consolidated Plan) which includes dollar <br /> allocations and activities to be funded with federal Community Development Block Grant <br /> (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) resources, any other entitlement funds <br /> received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), all <br /> amendments thereto, and all understandings and assurances contained therein, and <br /> incorporates the City's application to HUD for FY22 CDBG and ESG funds.
