***PUBLIC COMMENT**** <br /> Heather Rudge— 13926 Clifton Blvd.—Ms. Rudge inquired as to the status of the city's <br /> negotiations with CASTO and how it relates to the Curtis Block. <br /> President O'Malley invited Director Leininger to provide an update. He stated that the advisory <br /> panel has met four times and provided feedback to CASTO. CASTO is now working to develop <br /> a term sheet that will incorporate the feedback it has received. He estimated that the earliest start <br /> of construction will be end of 2022/early 2023. He added that the Curtis Block building is now <br /> dry thanks to the roof repairs and ventilation installed last year.
