was referred to the Public Works & Sustainability Committee. <br /> ***PUBLIC COMMENT**** <br /> County Councilmember Dale Miller— 19750 Ridgeland Ave. Cleveland, OH 44135 —Mr. Miller <br /> spoke about Lakewood's application to the Community Development Supplemental Grant <br /> program for its streetscape developments. He indicated the application would likely be <br /> successful. He added that the county will have received $240 million from the American Rescue <br /> Plan Act and that the county is working on a plan to figure out how to spend the money with a <br /> community development focus. <br /> Ian Zenja— 12031 Edgewater Dr. Apt. 204—Mr. Zenja spoke about city snow removal on <br /> sidewalks. He talked about the negative impact that snow-covered sidewalks have on pedestrians <br /> and mentioned several other comparable cities that have sidewalk snow removal plans. <br /> ""ANNOUNCEMENTS"" <br /> Director Gelsomino spoke about the City's upcoming contract renewal with its DCFS press <br /> conference. <br /> President O'Malley spoke about the capping of orphan gas wells and upcoming federal <br /> initiatives to complete the work. <br /> Councilmember Baker spoke about an upcoming event at Lakewood High School on March 31 st <br /> Motion by President O'Malley, seconded by Vice President Litten to adjourn.
