Director Corrigan states that Lakewood's current penalty for driving <br /> without a license is a 1st degree misdemeanor, while the Ohio Revised Code's penalty is an <br /> unclassified misdemeanor. He explained that the City can not enforce a penalty that is more <br /> severe than the state's. <br /> On the motion: All in favor. Motion passed.
