(pg. 5) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to adopt Resolution 2022-20. <br /> Discussion: Every Councilmember took turns speaking about Director Gelsomino's high <br /> character, exemplary leadership of the Department ofHuman Services, and fond personal <br /> memories of working with her. <br /> Public Comment: Cindy Marx— 15 71 Grace Ave. Ms. Marx complimented Ms. Gelsomino on <br /> her service to the City and thanked her for her dedication to Lakewood's residents. <br /> Julia Toke—1682 Park-wood Ave. Ms. Toke shared a personal story of Ms. Gelsomino helping <br /> her as a new mother to the Lakewood Family Room.
