The majority of the meeting was spent editing and completing a final draft of a <br /> letter to Mayor George to request the extension of the DLZ contract to include <br /> completion of the Right of Way survey. <br /> Task Force secretary Michelle Nochta presented the third progress report from <br /> Steve Metzer of DLZ which included the following properties reviewed for <br /> compliance: <br /> • City Hall Annex <br /> • City Hall/Police/City Court <br /> • Cove Park <br /> • Edwards Park <br /> • Fire Station I <br /> • Fire Station 2 <br /> • Fire Station 3 <br /> • Madison Park <br /> • Merl Park <br /> • Parking Lots 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13 <br /> • Service Garage <br /> • Webb Park <br /> • Winterhurst Ice Rink <br /> Additionally, DLZ has assisted with plan review for the Refuse and Recycling and <br /> Animal Shelter and Foster Pool. <br /> Finally, as part of the Transition Plan, DLZ prepared a survey to gather <br /> community input regarding Lakewood's current accessibility, perceived <br /> accessibility, and compliance.
