Item deferred. <br /> ***PUBLIC COMMENT*** <br /> Pat Bellasch—2216 Woodward—Mr. Bellasch suggested that elected officials establish rules to <br /> prevent conflicts of interest. He asked for an update on the hospital redevelopment.
