MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF <br /> LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> AUDITORIUM <br /> June 6, 2022 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:40 PM by President Litten <br /> Present: Kyle Baker, Thomas R. Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, John Litten, Tristan Rader, Jason <br /> Shachner <br /> Also Present: Mayor George, Finance Director Rancatore, Fire Chief Dunphy, Planning Director <br /> Leininger, Human Resources Director Dillinger, Public Works Director Ducu, Law Director <br /> Corrigan, Human Services Director Gelsomino, Chief of Staff John Storey, Clerk Bach & <br /> Deputy Clerk Lascu <br /> Motion by Vice President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Kepple to approve the minutes of <br /> the May 16, 2022 meeting without the necessity of a reading. All members voted in favor. <br /> Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> Without objection, President Litten moved items 410, 411, 47, & 44 to the top of the agenda. <br /> 1. Committee of the Whole Report regarding meetings held May 23, May 31, and June 6, <br /> 2022. (to be provided) <br /> President Litten delivered the following oral report: <br /> Committee of the Whole did meet on May 23rd, May 31", and June 6''', today, to approve <br /> minutes from previous meetings and discuss the Ward 4 Council appointment. On May 23rd we <br /> interviewed Mary Brown, Marissa Clark, Ed Rand, Jason Frederick, and Ruth Gillett. On May <br /> 31s'' <br /> 1s', we interviewed Cindy Marx, Donna Taylor Kolis, Vinko Kovanovic, Dr. Kate Anderson <br /> Foley, and Mark Schneider. In our meeting this evening, we were primarily in Executive <br /> Session, but emerged from that session to amend Resolution 2022-18 to insert the name Cindy <br /> Marx into the blank. All members of the committee were present with some members of the <br /> administration, all the interviewees previously mentioned, and some member of the public. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to receive and file the oral <br /> 1 <br />
