All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 13. Communication from Director Rancatore and Chief Dunphy regarding 2024 Safety <br /> Equipment Needs. (pg. 26) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Shachner to receive and file the <br /> communication. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 14. RESOLUTION NO. 2022-30 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided <br /> it received the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law <br /> approving the ordering of an ambulance and fire pumper truck for delivery in 2024 and <br /> committing to including those items in the 2024 budget. (pg. 27) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to adopt Resolution 2022-30. <br /> All in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2022-30 adopted. <br /> 15. Communication from Director Leininger and City Planner Baas regarding the <br /> Bike/Scooter Share Pilot Program and ParkMobile Expansion. (pg. 29) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> Discussion: Councilmembers engaged in a detailed discussion with City Planner Baas on the <br /> operations of a bike/scooter share pilot program and the ParkMobile expansion. <br /> On the motion: All in favor. The communication was received and filed. <br /> ***PUBLIC COMMENT"" <br /> Linda Barbero—Olive—Ms. Barbero spoke about the downtown development and the <br /> preservation of the Curtis Block building. She noted that the Planning Commission did not <br /> provide any conditions regarding the Curtis Block in its pre-approval. <br /> Marie France Schreiber—Clifton—Ms. Schreiber spoke about the downtown development and <br /> supported Ms. Barbero's comments. She expressed a desire to see single family homes at the <br /> 7 <br />
