MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF <br /> LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> AUDITORIUM <br /> July 18, 2022 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:30 PM by President Litten <br /> Present: Kyle Baker, Thomas R. Bullock III, John Litten, Cindy Marx, Tristan Rader, Jason <br /> Shachner <br /> Also Present: Mayor George, Finance Director Rancatore, Police Chief Kaucheck, Fire Chief <br /> Dunphy, Public Works Director Ducu, Human Resources Director Claudia Dillinger, <br /> Planning Director Shawn Leininger, Law Director Corrigan, Human Services Director Berry, <br /> Chief of Staff John Storey, Deputy Clerk Lascu, Clerk Bach <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to excuse the absence of <br /> Councilmember Kepple. All members voted in favor. Motion passed. Absence excused. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to approve the minutes of the <br /> Special Meeting of Council held June 27, 2022 without the necessity of a reading. All members <br /> voted in favor. Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to approve the minutes of the <br /> July 5, 2022 General Meeting without the necessity of a reading. All members voted in favor. <br /> Motion passed. Minutes approved. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> Without objection, Items 413 & 414 were moved to the top of the agenda. <br /> 1. Housing, Planning & Development Committee Report regarding meeting held July 11, <br /> 2022. (to be provided) <br /> Councilmember Bullock delivered the following oral report: <br /> The Housing, Planning, & Development Committee met on July I Ph and continued our <br /> affordable housing series with the second of three hearings. We had a very good discussion <br /> with expert partners from the private and non-profit sectors who work closely with the City of <br /> Lakewood and tenants/property owners throughout Lakewood, dealing with the question of <br /> quality, affordable housing.
