The Gold Coast <br /> Neighborhood Watch/Club has been discussing this with our Council Representatives for the past two years. Our <br /> neighborhood is a very congested with parking, pedestrian traffic, cyclists, electric wheelchairs, etc. All of these <br /> situations require a safer reduced speed limit especially from 117th Street to Nicholson and then again at the <br />
