Communication from Director Leininger and City Planner Baas regarding the Community-focused Health Needs Assessment(CHNA) and Action Plan. (pg. 63) Loren Anthes of The Center for Community Solutions gave a presentation regarding the Community-focused Health Needs Assessment. Councilmembers entered a dialogue regarding the process of creating the document and what the action planning upon it will entail. Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer the communication and presentation to the Health& Human Services Committee. All in favor. Liquor Permit Notice regarding Sloane Pub at 18196 Sloane Ave. (pg. 64) Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to file the notice without objection. ***PUBLIC COMMENT"" No public comment was made. Councilmember Baker noted that there was a Community Challenge basketball tournament on October 22nd at Lakewood High School.
