Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to refer Ordinance 31-2022 to <br /> the Housing, Planning, & Development Committee. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 20. Communication from Director Rancatore regarding 2021 Financial Reporting and <br /> Budget Awards. (pg. 62) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> Discussion: Councilmember Bullock congratulated and complimented the Finance Department <br /> on their work. <br /> On the motion: All in favor. Motion passed. The communication was received and filed. <br /> 21. Communication from Director Leininger and City Planner Baas regarding the <br /> Community-focused Health Needs Assessment(CHNA) and Action Plan. (pg. 63) <br /> Loren Anthes of The Center for Community Solutions gave a presentation regarding the <br /> Community-focused Health Needs Assessment. Councilmembers entered a dialogue regarding <br /> the process of creating the document and what the action planning upon it will entail. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Litten to refer the communication and <br /> presentation to the Health& Human Services Committee. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> ...LIQUOR PERMITS... <br /> 22. Liquor Permit Notice regarding Sloane Pub at 18196 Sloane Ave. (pg. 64) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to file the notice without <br /> objection. <br /> ***PUBLIC COMMENT"" <br /> No public comment was made. <br /> ""ANNOUNCEMENTS"" <br /> Vice President Kepple encouraged people to register to vote the following day on National Voter <br /> Registration Day. <br /> Councilmember Baker noted that there was a Community Challenge basketball tournament on <br /> October 22nd at Lakewood High School. The money raised by the game will be used towards the <br /> high school's senior prom. <br /> President Litten welcomed Council's new intern Haneen Hamideh to the Council team. <br /> 7 <br />
