ORDINANCE 31-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, amending <br /> Section 1309.09 Combined Permit Fee of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances to <br /> increase the threshold for issuing a combined permit and to increase the fee.
