Appointment from Councilmember Rader to Lakewood Community Relations Advisory <br /> Commission. (pg. 34) <br /> Motion by Councilmember Rader, seconded by President Litten to receive and file the <br /> communication. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 12. Communication from Mayor George regarding the formation of a Consent Decree <br /> between the city and the United States Environmental Protection Agency and <br /> Department of Justice. (pg. 35) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> Discussion: Councilmembers engaged in a dialogue centered on the consent decree and <br /> recalled past discussion on the matter. <br /> On the motion: All in favor.
