Resolution 2022-42 was adopted. <br /> ***PUBLIC COMMENT"" <br /> No public comment was made. <br /> ""ANNOUNCEMENTS"" <br /> COLIncilmernber Rader reminded residents to register their dogs for Spooky Pooch on October 15. <br /> Vice President Kepple encouraged residents to register to vote before the approaching deadline and <br /> to update addresses if anyone has moved since they have last voted. <br /> Director Leininger updated Council that there will be a virtual public meeting on Wednesday at <br /> 5:00 PM for the Climate Action Plan. <br /> President Litten informed Council that there will be a special meeting oil Wednesday about a <br /> liquor permit. There will also be no meetings on Halloween. <br /> President Litten welcomed the students from 1-.akewood and Kenston who joined the General <br /> Meeting, <br /> Motion by President I...itten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to adjourn the meeting.
