SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE 31-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately <br /> provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of <br /> Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> amending Section 1309.09 Combined Permit Fee of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances <br /> to increase the threshold for issuing a combined permit and to increase the fee.
