will be corrected at the next pay period that the Association dues deduction would normally be made by <br />deducting the proper amount. <br />ARTICLE 3 WAGES AND HOURS <br />3.01 <br />Effective January 1, 2023 LPA employees will receive a three percent (3%) increase in base wages. <br />Effective January 1, 2024 LPA employees will receive a three percent (3%) increase in base wages. <br />Effective January 1, 2025 LPA employees will receive a three percent (3%) increase in base wages. <br />3.02 Employees who are assigned to perform the duties of Paramedic Supervisor shall receive the supervi- <br />sor rate of pay for that assignment for all time worked in that classification. Assignment for Acting Para- <br />medic Supervisor shall be made by the Fire Chief; said selection being one (1) employee from among the <br />three (3) senior employees by shift. An employee working a trade for a Paramedic Supervisor shall not be <br />considered for an acting pay assignment. <br />3.03 Rates of pay for each year of this Agreement are identified in Appendix A of this Agreement and are <br />reflective of the increases identified in Section 3.01 of this Article. <br />3.04 Employees assigned to perform the duties of Paramedic Supervisor, shall be paid for such time <br />worked as follows: <br />Paramedic Supervisor Average Annual Salary divided by 2080 =Hourly Average Rate <br />Paramedic Average Annual Salary divided by 2080 =Hourly Average Rate <br />Difference =Acting Pay Supplement <br />3.05 The City will provide a stipend of $800 to all members for Rescue Task Force (RTF) certi- <br />fication. The stipend will be paid in the employee's paycheck during the month of May. The Fi- <br />nance Department will notify the Union as to the pay date at least 2 weeks prior to the pay. <br />ARTICLE 4 COMMUNITY SERVICE RECOGNITION <br />(Reserved.) <br />ARTICLE 5 LONGEVITY ALLOWANCE <br />5.01 Effective January 1, 2006, all regular, full-time employees of the Division of Fire shall receive a semi- <br />annual longevity allowance, based upon the number of continuous full years of service with the Division <br />of Fire, including interim military service, as determined on the dates of June 15th and December 151 in <br />accordance with the following semi-annual schedule: Such payment to be made in the employee's regular <br />paycheck during June and December. <br />5 Years $250.00 <br />13 Years $650.00 <br />21 Years $1,050.00 <br />6 Years $300.00 <br />14 Years $700.00 <br />22 Years $19100.00 <br />7 Years $350.00 <br />15 Years $750.00 <br />23 Years $1,150.00 <br />
