Bullock III, John Litten, Cindy Marx, Tristan Rader, Jason <br /> Shachner <br /> Also Present: Finance Director Rancatore, Police Chief Kaucheck, Fire Chief Dunphy, Acting <br /> Public Works Director Papke, Human Resources Director Claudia Dillinger, Planning Director <br /> Shawn Leininger, Law Director Ernie Vargo, Human Services Director Chad Berry, Chief of Staff <br /> John Storey, Clerk Bach and Council staff <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to excuse the absence of Vice <br /> President Kepple. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to receive and file the minutes <br /> of the October 17, 2022 General Meeting without the necessity of a reading. All in favor. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Bullock to receive and file the minutes <br /> of the October 24, 2022 Special Meeting without the necessity of a reading. All in favor. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS**** <br /> 1. Report from Committee of the Whole regarding meeting held November 7, 2022. (to be <br /> provided) <br /> President Litten delivered the following oral report: <br /> Committee of the Whole just met to discuss both Resolution 2022-44 and Resolution <br /> 2022-45 regarding our fire and paramedic union contracts. After a lively discussion, the <br /> committee moved to adopt both with one abstention in both cases. I would only add that I <br /> appreciated the discussion that occurred within the meeting as it pertains to Council's role in <br /> this as well as the Administration's role and the unions'role as well. <br /> 1 <br />
