MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF <br /> LAKEWOOD CITY COUNCIL <br /> AUDITORIUM <br /> December 5, 2022 <br /> 7:30 P.M. <br /> Regular Meeting of the Lakewood City Council called to order at 7:35 PM by President Litten <br /> Present: Kyle Baker, Thomas R. Bullock III, Sarah Kepple, John Litten, Tristan Rader, Jason <br /> Shachner <br /> Also Present: Finance Director Rancatore, Police Chief Kaucheck, Fire Chief Dunphy, Acting <br /> Public Works Director Papke, Human Resources Director Claudia Dillinger, Planning Director <br /> Shawn Leininger,Law Director Ernie Vargo, Human Services Director Chad Berry, Chief of Staff <br /> John Storey, Clerk Bach and Council staff <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to excuse the absence of <br /> Councilmember Marx. All in favor. Motion passed <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to receive and file the minutes of <br /> the November 21, 2022 General Meeting without the necessity of a reading. All in favor. Motion <br /> passed. <br /> ****OLD BUSINESS*** <br /> 1. Report from Committee of the Whole regarding meeting held November 28, 2022. (to <br /> be provided) <br /> President Litten delivered the following oral report: <br /> Thank you, my report will be brief. We met a week ago tonight to discuss a few different items, <br /> appointments to boards and commissions, which we deferred on the whole. We also discussed a <br /> real estate purchase at 12984 Lake Ave. That discussion was held wholly in executive session. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to receive and file the oral <br /> report. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 1 <br />
