RESOLUTION 2022-59 -A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, <br /> appointing to the Public Art Advisory Board for the remainder of an <br /> unexpired term beginning immediately and ending December 31, 2024. (pg. 72) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to refer Resolution 2022-58 to <br /> Committee of the Whole. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 23. RESOLUTION 2022-60—A RESOLUTION to recognize and celebrate the <br /> extraordinary musical career and talents of Dr. H. Leslie Adams, Minister of Music at <br /> Grace Presbyterian Church, on the occasion of his 901h birthday. (pg. 73) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to adopt Resolution 2022-60. <br /> Discussion: Councilmembers complimented Dr. Adams'work and wished him a happy <br /> birthday. <br /> On the motion: All in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2022-60 was adopted. <br /> 24. Communication from Director Leininger regarding the Cuyahoga County Development <br /> Supplemental Grant Program to apply for funds for court resurfacing of the north tennis <br /> court at Lakewood Park. (pg. 74) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to receive and file the <br /> communication. <br /> Discussion: Councilmembers noted the significant public support behind the installation of <br /> pickleball courts and clarified that 4 courts could be put on the Lakewood Park site. <br /> On the motion: All in favor. Motion passed. The communication was received and filed. <br /> 25. RESOLUTION 2022-61 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> 8 <br />
