ARTICLE 39 <br />ATTENDANCE BONUS <br />39.1 All full-time, hourly employees„ who complete a quarter of a year with perfect attendance <br />from January 1" to March 3 V; April V to June 30'; July 1"to September 30"; October I" <br />to December 315; with no time lost for any reason whatsoever, excluding time off as a direct <br />result of an on-the-job injury resulting in an absence of seven (7) workdays or less <br />(consecutive or intermittent) for each separate and distinct injury (even if FMLA- <br />qualifying), during the initial twelve (12) month period of treatment, shall be entitled to <br />receive a bonus of twelve (12) times their hourly rate for each quarter in which no time <br />absent is recorded. Vacations, holidays, funeral leave, military leave, jury duty/witness <br />leave, and Union leave shall not be counted as days absent. Tardiness, FMLA leave, <br />personal leave, sick leave without pay, sick leave with pay; and workplace injuries <br />exceeding seven (7) workdays (continuous or intermittent) regardless of the reason, shall be <br />counted as time absent. <br />39.2 All full-time, hourly employees covered under this contract who complete one (1) year <br />(January 1 to December 31) with no days absent for any reason whatsoever shall be entitled <br />to an additional eight (8) personal hours off during the following year. Vacations, holidays, <br />funeral leave, military leave, jury duty/witness leave, and Union leave shall not be counted <br />as days absent. Tardiness, FMLA leave, personal leave (Article 16), sick leave without pay, <br />sick leave with pay, and any workplace injuries exceeding seven (7) workdays (continuous <br />or intermittent), regardless of the reason, shall be counted as time absent. <br />ARTICLE 40 <br />SPECIAL LICENSES <br />40.01 Employees that maintain the below listed licenses shall receive additional annual merit pay, <br />in equal installments, upon receipt of the following licenses issued by the state: <br />License <br />Stipem <br />*Operator in Training <br />Water Distribution <br />$ <br />1,000.00 <br />Class I <br />Water Distribution License <br />$ <br />1,450.00 <br />Class 11 <br />Water Distribution License <br />$ <br />1,750.00 <br />*Operator in Training <br />Waste Water Treatment License <br />$ <br />1,000.00 <br />Class I <br />Waste Water Treatment License <br />$ <br />1,450.00 <br />Class 11 <br />Waste Water Treatment License <br />$ <br />1,750.00 <br />Class III <br />Waste Water Treatment License <br />$ <br />2,250.00 <br />Class IV <br />Waste Water Treatment License <br />$ <br />2,750.00 <br />Class <br />Laboratory Technician License <br />$ <br />1,450.00 <br />Class 11 <br />Laboratory Technician License <br />$ <br />1,750.00 <br />Class III <br />Laboratory Technician License <br />$ <br />2,250.00 <br />*Operator in Training <br />Water/Waste Water Collection License <br />$ <br />1,000.00 <br />Class I <br />Water/Waste Water Collection License <br />$ <br />1,450.00 <br />Class 11 <br />Water/Waste Water Collection License <br />$ <br />1,750.00 <br />34 <br />
