Discussion: Councilmember Bullock asked various questions about city operations regarding <br /> electric vehicles and welcomed further discussion in a committee meeting setting. <br /> President Litten withdrew his motion to defer Ordinance 49-2022. <br /> Motion by Vice President Kepple, seconded by President Litten to refer Ordinance 49-2022 to <br /> the Finance Committee. All in favor. Motion passed. <br /> 27. Communication from Director Rancatore regarding 2023 Bond Anticipation Notes. (pg. <br /> 079) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to receive and file the <br /> communication. All in favor.
