3. ORDINANCE 35-2022 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br /> receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or <br /> otherwise to take effect and be in force at the earliest period allowed by law, to establish <br /> appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, <br /> State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022. (1"read and referred to <br /> Finance 11121122, 2nd reading 1215122) (pg. 006) <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to substitute Ordinance 35- <br /> 2022. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Baker, Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Marx, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> All in favor. Motion passed. Ordinance 35-2022 was substituted. <br /> Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to adopt Ordinance 35-2022 as <br /> substituted. <br /> A roll call vote was taken as follows: <br /> Yeas —Baker, Bullock, Kepple, Litten, Marx, Rader, Shachner <br /> Nays —None <br /> All in favor. Motion passed. Ordinance 35-2022 was adopted as substituted. <br /> 4.
