All in favor. Motion passed. 19. RESOLUTION 2023-13 -A RESOLUTION proclaiming March 19th through March 25th, 2023 "Severe Weather Awareness Week." (pg. 34) Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to adopt Resolution 2023-13. Discussion: President Litten expressed the importance of awareness for severe weather events and how they impact the City. On the motion: All in favor. Motion passed. ***LIQUOR PERMITS*** 20. Liquor Permit—Talia and Brothers LLC, 14412 Detroit Rd. (pg. 36) Director Vargo shared that the Administration will seek an extension of time for the review of the liquor permits included in agenda items 20 and 21. Motion passed. ***PUBLIC COMMENT**** No public comment was made. ****ANNOUNCEMENTS**** Director Leininger announced the virtual public meeting regarding the Lakewood Park Waterfront Access Feasibility Study on March 22nd at 6:00 p.m. He explained that the social media and email for the meeting will be available soon. President Litten reminded Council of the customary Wednesday docket deadline and shared that the deadline had been extended to Friday for this week. He congratulated new Deputy Clerk Haneen Hamideh, and he announced that he will not be running for re-election to the Ward 3 seat. President Litten encouraged a free and fair election to the seat.
