Public Comment <br /> Tom Yanks — 17452 Norton Ave. —Mr. Yanks opposed the potential plan to allow for the use of <br /> secondary units in a single-family home. He shared his concern of disrepair and absentee <br /> landlords and suggested the use of the empty hospital lot or the Board of Education property for <br /> affordable housing. <br /> Councilmember Shachner explained that any expansion of the legislation will be done publicly. <br /> Housing, Planning & Development Committee adjourned at 7:38 p.m. <br />
