Motion by President Litten, seconded by Vice President Kepple to adopt Resolution 2023-21. <br /> <br />Discussion: Councilmember Bullock asked if there is any other business to report from the <br />Committee. Vice President Kepple explained that the Committee has been going through the list <br />of action items, existing community partners, and programs. Motion passed. <br /> <br />16.ORDINANCE 13-2023 - AN ORDINANCE to take effect immediately provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of at least five members of Council, or otherwise to take effect <br />and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, authorizing and directing the Mayor <br />or Director of Planning & Development (Director) to enter into an agreement for the sale <br />of 12900 Madison Avenue (Parcel 315-09-022), Lakewood, Ohio. Director Leininger listed <br />in no particular order Iceland Management/Iceland USA, Suburban Ice, Lakeland Community Ice, <br />and Out of the Box. <br /> <br />On the motion: All in favor.
