Discussion: Councilmember Baker suggested the removal of Vice President KeppleÓs name at the top of the resolution because of her abstaining. Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Rader to amend previous motion and strike name Kepple from Resolution 2023-23. All in favor. Motion passed. Motion by President Litten, seconded by Councilmember Rader to adopt Resolution 2023-23 as substituted. A voice call vote was conducted as follows: Yeas- Baker, Bullock, Litten, Marx, Rader, Shachner Nays- Abstain- Kepple Motion passed. Resolution 2023-23 was adopted as substituted. 12. RESOLUTION 2023-21 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law to change the name of the Community Health Needs Standing Committee to the Community Health Action Team (CHAT).
