All in <br />favor, motion passed. <br /> <br />15.RESOLUTION 2023-63 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise <br />to take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, appointing ____Cindy <br />Marx_____ as the ex-officio, non-voting councilmember to the Lakewood Animal Safety <br />and Welfare Advisory Board for a two year term beginning January 1, 2024 and ending <br />December 31, 2025. Communication from Finance Director Rancatore regarding 2023 Year-End and 2024 <br />Budget Ordinances. (pg. 50) <br /> <br />Finance Director Rancatore read the above communication, which provided an overview of the <br />fourteen (14) ordinances introduced to finalize the FY 2023 budget and to implement to FY 2024 <br />budget. <br /> <br />Motion by President Litten to receive and file the communication, seconded by Councilmember <br />Bullock.
