The <br />Committee is now prepared to move into a new structure whereby the core committee members <br />will split up into teams to support smaller subcommittees, oaround each of the <br />categories. <br />These subcommittees will seek to pull together <br />practitioners, social workers, residents, and systems thinkers (none of these being mutually <br /> to further assess the interventions and create a shared understanding of the issues <br /> - determining whether each is feasible given structural, economic, and <br />political considerations. These subcommittees will be empowered both to conduct an <br />implementation analysis as well as identify other supporting interventions that may be more <br />relevant, feasible, and/or effective in serving the needs of Lakewood residents. <br />The team seeks to establish these subcommittees over the coming months. CHAT members are <br />currently developing guidelines for each of these subcommittees along with a timeline for meetings <br />and decision making. CHAT members are also deve«®¯¨­¦   ²³ ³¤¬¤­³ ®­ ³§¤ #(!4Ȍ² ®¡©¤¢³¨µ¤²  ­£ <br /> This will serve as a unifying theme for the <br />subcommittees as well. <br />CHAT members have set the goal of providing their annual report to the City Administration and <br />Council in March 2024 with marked progress on review of and recommendations for addressing <br /> <br /> <br />4§®´¦§³² ®­ ¯±®¢¤²² ³§´² ¥ ±Ȃ <br />The CHAT process seeks to construct a path for more effective cross-sector collaboration between <br />city departments, the school system, agencies, funders, stakeholders, and other service providers in <br />the City of Lakewood. CHAT members take seriously the efforts and resources that were invested in <br />the CHNA process and seek to generate meaningful and responsive interventions to needs in the <br />ȏ®­ȃ³§¤ȃ¦±®´­£Ȑ ¯± ¢³¨³¨®­¤±²Ǿ ±¤²¨£¤­³²Ǿ  £µ®¢ ³¤²Ǿ  ­£ ²¤±µ¨¢¤ ¯±®µ¨£¤±²ȁ <br />CHAT members acknowledge that this approach is time and labor intensive as it requires <br />consensus. We are committed to the learning, cooperation, and effort this approach requires <br />because almost every intervention from the CHNA and Action Plan <br />requires cross-sector collaboration. <br />We have demonstrated strong cooperation and skills as a team.
