President Litten encouraged members to continue evaluating candidates and to come to the <br />th <br />December 18 General Meeting prepared to make appointments. <br />In response to a question, Director Vargo explained that Chief Assistant Law Director Swallow <br />will be leading the Charter Review Commission. <br />President Litten mentioned that CSU Professor Larry Keller has provided leadership and <br />guidance to the Charter Review Commission in the past and recommended him as a resource. <br />Committee of the Whole adjourned 5:56 p.m. <br />Approved: <br /> Chair <br />Committee of the Whole <br />Maureen M.
