In no instance shall the height of the accessory <br />dwelling unit exceed the height of the principal structure. <br /> (9) The accessory dwelling unit must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural <br />Board of Review in accordance with any applicable requirements, standards, and <br />guidelines. <br /> (10) There shall be one designated off-street parking space on the lot on which the <br />accessory dwelling unit is located. <br /> (11) The accessory dwelling unit must be separately addressed with the address <br />posted in accordance with Ohio Fire Code. <br /> (12) An accessory dwelling unit cannot be separately conveyed for sale or purchase <br />from the principal structure on the lot. <br /> (13) The minimum rental term for an accessory dwelling unit shall not be less than 180 <br />days. <br /> (14) No certificate of compliance or completion or permit to occupy an accessory <br />dwelling unit shall be issued until evidence is provided to the Planning & Development <br />Director, or designee that a deed restriction providing notice of the regulations of this <br />Chapter and Section, on a form approved by the Law Director, or designee, has been <br />recorded on the lot with Cuyahoga County. <br />8 <br /> <br />
