Chelsea Cruea, residing at 12511 Clifton Blvd., addressed concerns related to tenant/landlord <br />issues. She highlighted ongoing challenges with her landlord, specifically regarding maintenance <br />work. Ms. Cruea detailed maintenance issues that have led to property damage amounting to <br />thousands of dollars. She stated that despite her efforts in submitting multiple maintenance <br />tickets related to radiator issues, none of these concerns have been adequately addressed by her <br />landlord. She emphasized the severity of the radiator issue, particularly given the current cold <br />weather conditions in Northeast Ohio. <br />Planning Director Leininger stated that he could refer this issue to Lakewood’s Building <br />Commissioner. <br />Vice President Shachner also advised Ms. Cruea to contact Lakewood Municipal Court to <br />discuss options regarding putting herrent payments in escrow. <br />****ANNOUNCEMENTS*** <br />Planning Director Leininger announced that there will be a public meeting to review and provide <br />feedback on the updated plans for the Phase 2 Design of Lakewood’s Skate Park.
