Motion by President Kepple, seconded by Vice President Shachner, to amend Section 4 of Ordinance <br />39-2023 by removingthe brackets. <br /> <br />Discussion: President Kepple clarified that Council is voting to remove the actual brackets and not <br />the words within the brackets. Section 4 of Ordinance 39-2023 would read, <br />Section4. That new Section 1161.03(z) Body Art Establishment, of the Lakewood <br />Codified Ordinances is hereby enacted to read as follows: (z) Body Art Establishments.In <br />a C1 Office, C2 Retail or C3 General Business District a body art establishment, as defined <br />by the Ohio Administrative Code, may be a conditionally permitted use provided the <br />requirements of this Section are met. For the purposes of this Section, Body Art shall not <br />include Body Piercing. Body Piercing is regulated by Section 1161.03(AA). <br /> <br />On the motion: All in favor. Motion passed. S.
