work on updating the language during the break before the General Meeting was to start at 7:30, <br />and they would amend the ordinance on the floor so it could be passed this evening on the third <br />reading. <br />Chairman Bullock made a motion to recommend Ordinance 39-2023 to the full council for <br />adoption with the expectation of a perfecting amendment to be offered on the floor. Motion <br />seconded by Councilmember Shachner.
