Communication received and filed. <br />SOLUTION 2024-15 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives <br />19.RE <br />the affirmative vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect <br />and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law, proclaiming March 17 th through March <br />23 rd, 2024 “Severe Weather Awareness Week.” (pg. 80) <br />Motion by President Kepple, seconded by Vice President Shachner, to adopt Resolution 2024-15. <br />Discussion: President Kepple thanked Chief Dunphy and the Fire Department for keeping <br />Lakewood residents safe and ready. <br />On the motion: All in favor. Motion passed. Resolution 2024-15 adopted. <br />***LIQUOR PERMITS*** <br />20.Liquor Notice – Aqua Bar Lakewood LLC @ 13324 Madison Ave. (pg. 82) <br />Motion by President Kepple, seconded by Vice President Shachner, to defer the liquor permit for <br />Aqua Bar Lakewood LLC. All in favor. Motion passed.
