(pg. 69) <br /> <br />Motion by President Kepple, seconded by Vice President Shachner, to receive and file the <br />communication. <br /> <br />Discussion: Councilman Rader asked whether this easement differs from those previously <br />established with the Illuminating Company. Public Works Director Gordon responded, clarifying <br />that the City has previously arranged a very similar easement with the Illuminating Company and <br />that this easement is no different. <br />On the motion: All in favor. RESOLUTION 2024-14 - A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives <br />the vote of at least two thirds of the members of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the <br />earliest period allowed by law, authorizing the Director of Public Works to grant a utility <br />easement to the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, governing the rights of the parties <br />relative to a parcel located at 12928 Berea Road, Lakewood, Ohio 44107 (PPN#315-24-015) <br />and granting access to the property for the purpose of providing utility service to the facility <br />and ongoing maintenance.
