Any establishment which stocks, displays, sells, rents, distributes, or offers for <br />sale or rent any tobacco products (including but not limited to hookah or <br />"vaping" products) or paraphernalia commonly used in the use or ingestion of <br />marijuana or illicit drugs; or any merchandise or material commonly used or <br />intended for use with or in consumption of any narcotic, dangerous drug or <br />other controlled substance, including without limitation, any hashish pipe, <br />waterpipe, bong, pipe screens, rolling papers, rolling devices, coke spoons or <br />roach clips. This restriction shall not prohibit the inclusion of a medical <br />marijuana dispensary. <br />c. Any "second-hand" store whose business is selling used merchandise such as <br />thrift shops, salvation army type stores, "goodwill" type stores, and similar <br />businesses. This restriction shall not prohibit regional or national brand name <br />businesses (e.g. Gap's Old Navy) from selling quality used clothing and related <br />merchandise which do not accept free donations of goods for resale. <br />d. Any slaughterhouse. <br />e. Any mobile home park, trailer court, labor camp, junk yard, or stock yard <br />(except that this provision shall not prohibit the temporary use of construction <br />trailers during any periods of construction, reconstruction or maintenance). <br />f. Any car wash. <br />g. Any business selling gasoline or diesel fuel unless such fuel is never stored, <br />maintained, or delivered on site. <br />h. Any "adult" entertainment or any operation selling or displaying any nudity <br />(including but not limited to partially clothed dancers or wait staff) or any <br />establishment where the overt sexual allure of naked or scantily dressed persons <br />is an important component of the goods or services being offered. <br />i. Any bathhouse. <br />j . Any church, school, or related religious or educational facility, religious <br />reading room or place of religious worship. <br />k. Any establishment providing the sale, distribution, or display of items for pawn <br />loans, or establishments that offer payday loans, title loans, check cashing <br />services or similar establishments. <br />1. Any establishment conducting games of chance or permitting gambling of any <br />kind, including but not limited to, an off-track sports betting establishment or <br />bingo parlor. <br />D-2 <br />
