That Section l!~lo031 of the Zoning Code of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of Lak~wood; n~w reading: <br /> <br />"1131.03t Class Afa diStriCt. <br /> <br />In a class Afa district no building shall be erected or <br />altered to aocommodate or ~ake provision for more than one <br />family for each one thousand eight hundred seventy five <br />square feet of the area of the lot.~' <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />ll31.O3l Class A2a Lot Area District. <br /> <br />In a class A2a Lot Area District no buildings shall be erected <br />oraltered to accommodate or make provisions for more than one <br />family for each one thousand eight hundred seventy five (1875) <br />~quare feet of the area of the lot; provided that if the build- <br />lng does not eEcesd one story in height it shall not accommo- <br />date or make provisions for more than one family for each <br />three thousand seven hundred and fifty (3750) square feet of <br />the area of the lot. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That Section 1131oO4 of the Zoning Code of the Cod- <br />ified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading: <br /> <br />"ll~loO4 Class A3 District° <br /> <br />In a class A5 district no building shall be erected or altered <br />to accommodate or make provision for more than one family for <br />each one thousand two hundred and fifty (1250) square feet of <br />the area of the lot except as provided in Section 1131.O5." <br /> <br />shall be and is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />ll~l.04 Class A3 Lot Area District <br /> <br />In a class A3 Lot Area District no building shall be erected <br />or altered to accommodate or make provisions for more than one <br />family for each one thousand two hundred and fifty (1250) <br />square feet of the area of the lot, provided that if the lot <br />is less-than 150 feet in width and less than 25,000 square feet <br />in area, the building shall not acco~mmodate or make provisions <br />for more than one family for each one thousand five hundred <br />(1500) square feet of the area of the lot. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
