PLEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR PAGE <br />SUPPLIED WITH DOCKET. <br /> <br />ORDI~NCE NO o 72-66 <br /> <br />BY: Ward, Wendliog, Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Kelley, Usher <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend Sections <br />143.01(c), 143.01(d), 143~01(h), 143.02, 143.03, 143,031, <br />143.05(a), 143.05(b), 143o05(c) and 143~06(a) of the <br />Administrative Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of Lakewood, all relating to terms and conditions of <br />employment by the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This ordinance constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of municipal <br />departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That SectiOn 143.01(c) of the <br />Administrative Code of the Codified ordinances of the City of <br />Lakewood, now reading as follows: <br /> <br />Section I43.01(c} <br /> <br />"The term WORK WEEK is defined to be the period in a <br />week during which hourly employees shall be available <br />for work. It regularly shall be within the period from <br />8:00 A.M. Monday to 12:00 noon the following Saturday. <br />It shall be forty-four (44) hours except that in any <br />week in which there occurs a holiday as hereinafter <br />defined it shall be thirty-six (36)hours.
