ORDINANCE NO. 81-66 Gaydos, Usher, Huffman, BY: Kelley AN ORDINANCE to supplement the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by enacting a new Chapter 14 to create a Class 1 e High Density Apartment District, to enact a new Section 1111.051 and to amend existing Section 1111.12 to provide for a fifth class of residence district and the establishment of the boundary of the le Use District on the Zoning Map. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood be and the same are hereby supplemented by enacting a new Section 1111.051 to read as follows: Section 1111.051 CROUP 1 - RESIDENCE CLASSES, Class 1 e Uses, High Density Apartments (1) All main uses permitted in a ~lass la and lb use district except a dwelling. (2) Mortuaries. (3) Day Nurseries or kindergartens. Section 2. That Section 1111.12 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading as follows: Section 1111.12 DISTRICTS AND ZONE MAP "The City of Lakewood is hereby divided into four classes of residence districts termed respectively Class la, lb, lc and ld, and into two classes of retail and commercial districts termed respectively Class 2a and 2b, and into two classes of industrial districts termed respectively Class 3a and 3b, and into four classes of height districts termed respectively Class H-l, H-2, H-3 and H-4 and into seven classes of area districts termed respectively Class A, A-l, A-2, A-2a, A-3, A-4 and A-5; all as shown on the Zone Map %;hich accompanies this Code alld is hereby declared to be a part hereof. The residence, retail and commercial, industrial, height and area districts designated on the Zone Map are hereby established. The Map designations and the Map designation rules which accompany the Map are hereby declared to be a part hereof.
