<br /> ~tEHEAS~ the Charter of the ~i~ ~ of Lakawood provides that ~:he Board
<br />of Trustees of Lake,~;ood Hospital shall ~mploy su=h employees as the ~oard deems
<br />necessary and fix their compensation, subjzc~ tO ~he approval of Council, and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees ef Lmkewood Hospital has crea~ed
<br />certai~ positions and fixed salaries of employees of Lakewood Hospital~ and~
<br />
<br /> ~%{EREAS, au emergency exists for ~he immediate preservation of the
<br />public peace~ property, health or safe~y and to provide for the usual daily
<br />operation of a municipal department; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEW00D, STATE OF OHIO:
<br />
<br /> Section 1, That the compensat£on fixed for employees o~ the Lakewood
<br />Hospital, as recommended by the Board of Trustees of the L&kewood Hospital on
<br />September 6, 1967, be the same is hereby approved by this Council and shall
<br />be fixed by the Board of Trustees within the following schedule:
