Weu, l[ <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 1114.01(c) of the Zoning <br />Code of the codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood relating <br />to uses permitted as special exceptions in the high density <br />apartment house class le use district. <br /> <br /> B~ IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1114.0I(c) of the zoning Code <br />of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood, now reading <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1114.01 Hiqh Density Apartment District <br /> (Class le Use District) <br /> <br />~c) Uses Permitted as Special Exceptions <br /> <br />The following use may be permitted as a special exception <br />by the Board of Zoning Appeals after written notice to <br />the abutting progerty owners and public hearing thereon, <br />when conditions specified herein and any other safeguards <br />the Board may feel necessary are complied with. <br /> <br />.PARKING: Community parking areas may be permitted <br /> as a main use in neighborhoods where <br /> apar%ment buildings or legal non-conforming <br /> uses do not have the required number of <br /> parking spaces, provided that: <br /> <br />The first ten (i0) feet of the twenty-five <br /> (25) feet set-back is retained in lawn <br />and landscape planting. <br /> <br />2.
