ORDINANCE N91-68 <br /> <br />BY:Messrs. Ward, Wmndling, Gaydos, <br /> Graber, Huffman, Kelley, Usher <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to amend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 8-68 making <br />appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of <br />Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1968, <br />as provided for by Section 5705.40 of the Revised Code. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation of <br />the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily <br />operation of municipal departments; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section i.
