<br /> AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make appropriations for current expenses
<br />and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal
<br />year ending December 31, 1969, and repealing Ordinance No. 1-69 entitled
<br />"AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current expenses
<br />and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months
<br />January 1, 1969 to March 31, 1969, as provided for by Section 5705.38 of the
<br />Revised Code" adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood, January 6,1969.

<br /> WHEREAS, An emergency exists to provide for the immediate preservation
<br />of the public property, health and safety and to provide for the usual daily
<br />operation of municipal departments; now, therefore:

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO:
