ORDINANCE NO. 7-72 BY: Messrs. Kelley, Magnotto, <br /> McBride, Usher, Brockman <br /> Graber <br /> ~N ORDINANCE to amend and supplement Section llll.12'and Section 1135.01 of <br />the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood by changing and <br />revising the Zoning Map and the Building Line Map with respect to certain property <br />all as hereinafter set forth and described. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 1111.~2 of the Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances <br />of the City of Lakewood be and it is hereby amended' by changing and revising the Zoning <br />Map to the extent that the property described as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio <br />and kno%m as being part of Original Rockport Township, Section No. 22, <br />being parts of sublots No. 382, 288 and all of sublot No. 381 in the <br />Lakewood Realty Company's Subdivision as shown by the recorded plat in <br />Volume 25 of Maps, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being all of <br />sublot No. 248 in the Lakewood Realty Company's Lakewood Park Subdivision <br />as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 27 of Maps, Page 26 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records, and bounded and described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 248 in the second <br />mentioned subdivision which point is about 206.79 feet no'th of the <br />northerly line of Detroit Avenue (76 feet wide) originaHY (66 feet wide) <br />thence easterly a distance of about 260 feet to the westerly line of <br />Belle Avenue (60 feet wide) which point is also the northeasterly corner <br />of sublot No. 381 in said Subdivision, <br /> <br />Thence southerly along the westerly line of Belle Avenue a distance <br />of about 180 feet to the northerly line of Detroit Avenue which is also <br />the southeasterly corner of sublot No. 382 in said Subdivision, <br /> <br />Thence westerly along t~e northerly line of Detroit Avenue a distance of <br />about 261.39 feet to the easterly line of St. Charles Avenue (60 feet wide) <br />which is also the southwesterly corner of sublot No. 288 in said Subdivision, <br /> <br />Thence northerly along the easterly line of St. Charles Avenue a distance <br />of about 206,79 feet to the principal place of beginning. <br /> <br />shall be and it is hereby reclassifi~ and changed from 2d-H3-A4 and la-H1-A2 to <br />classification 2d-A4 with a height limitation of 225 feet. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the off-street parking requirements for any use established <br />on the property described in Section I may be waived by the Director of Public Works <br />if he finds that sufficient municipal off-street parking will be available within 300 <br />feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
