<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current expenses
<br />and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three months,
<br />January 1, 1974 to March 31, 1974, as provided ,for b~ Section 5705.38 of the
<br />Revised Code.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public property,
<br />health and safety and to provide for the usual dailY operation of municipal depart-
<br />ments; now, therefore:
