<br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make temporary appropriations for current expenses
<br />and other expenditures of the City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for three
<br />months, January 1, 1976 to March 31, 1976, as provided for by Section 5705.38
<br />of the Revised Code.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists for the immediate preservation of the public
<br />property, health and safety and to provide ~r the usual daily operation of
<br />municipal departments; now, therefore:
