ORDINANCE NO 29-79 <br /> <br />BY' Brown, Chinnock, Magnotto, McBride, <br /> Salmon, Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE creating positions and fixing the compensation of <br />hourly employees in the several departments and divisions of the City of <br />Lakewood effective March l, 1979. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this ordinance constitutes an emergency measure providing for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department in that in the interest of <br />public service, welfare and safety, it is necessary to fix the compensation <br />of employees; now, therefore, <br /> <br />B'E IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br />Section 1.
